Can I wash my NOIZE jacket?
Most of our jackets can be washed in a delicate cycle with cold water without their faux-fur. Please refer to our care and composition section which will tell you exactly how your item can be cleaned!
What do I do if an item is damaged/defective?
At NOIZE we pride ourselves on being high quality and cruelty-free. If any of your items are defective we will return the item at no cost to you or refund you for the repair providing the repair is less than $30.00. Simply reach out to us and we will solve the matter.
Where can I get my item repaired?
We suggest you find a local tailor near you for repairs.
Are retail NOIZE stores a thing?
The only store is this virtual one right here. But you can purchase NOIZE in key retailers, and through some of your favorite influencers too!

Where are your coats made, though?
All of our products are designed in Canada and produced in China.
How do I know which size to buy?
Our coats are made true to size, and for real people. So if you’re universally a medium, you’ll be a medium! But in case you have doubts, we’ve added some clues to lead you in the right direction. Check out our fit finder found on every product page, or simply judge with the model’s specs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Please note, payments placed with PayPal eChecks will show as pending until the eCheck clears the bank. It usually takes up to 6 business days for an eCheck to clear and the order to be processed. We do not accept Visa gift cards.
When will I receive my confirmation email/proof of purchase?
Your order confirmation email is sent immediately. If you do not see it, please check your junk mail. You will receive your invoice when you receive your order.
How are taxes charged ?
Taxes are always calculated based on the shipping destination. For example, if you ship an item to Ontario, you will be charged the appropriate taxes for that province.
Who pays for duties?
We always pay for duties, so don’t fret!
Who pays for shipping?
We offer free shipping, providing the order before tax is more than $100.

CANADA We ship CANADA-wide, EXCLUDING Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia and Nunavut, Prince Edward Island and Yukon.
U.S. We ship U.S.-wide, EXCLUDING American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe and Armed Forces Pacific.
UK We ship UK-wide
AUSTRALIA We ship to Australia-wide, EXCLUDING Tasmania
You don’t ship to my country, how can I get my hands on a NOIZE jacket?
We would love for you to get the chance to shop with us, but due to shipping and duties costs some places are excluded.
Are your final sale items returnable?
Our final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer exchanges?
At the moment we do not offer exchanges. The easiest way to proceed, is to return the item and place a new order at your convenience.
