All orders require 3-5 business days to process before shipment.

Once sent, the lead time for delivery is based on the shipping method chosen at checkout, which includes: 

— Standard: 5-7 business days 
— Express: 2-3 business days 

A tracking number will be sent to your email once generated. 

Please note, NOIZE is not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages. 

NOIZE is not responsible for any delays once the package has exited our warehouse facilities.

We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a residential address as your shipping address.

Please note, payments placed with PayPal eChecks will show as pending until the eCheck clears the bank. It usually takes up to 6 business days for an eCheck to clear and the order to be processed.

For security purposes, we are unable to accept payments made via Prepaid Visa cards or any form of gift card.

To request a change, you can contact us at info@noize.com and we will do our best to accommodate any possible changes. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to add an item to your order once it has been placed. 

Your order confirmation email is sent immediately. If you do not see it, please check your junk mail. Your order confirmation email contains your order number.

In the case that a new shipping address is needed, we would have to cancel the original order and place a new order with the correct shipping address. 

Returns

For regular priced merchandise, you’re eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns. Online and in-store purchases are eligible to be returned in store.

NOIZE offers free online returns for Canadian and US orders.

Please note the following items cannot be returned:
— BKIND items
— Socks 
— Items that are worn, washed and/or have tags removed 
— Items marked as final sale
— Items marked at 30% off or more

All eligible online orders can be returned through our return portal or in store.

Once completed and our team has approved the return, a return shipping label will be sent to your email address. 

The label should be placed on the package for dropoff at the carrier's local depot within 5 days of receiving it. Returns beyond this timeline may be deemed as expired and will no longer be accepted as a valid return. 

Returns of items purchased at one of our retailers must be returned to the store that processed your transaction. 

Once we receive the item(s) back at our facility, we require 5-7 business days to process the return. A notification will be sent to your email once processed. 

Your banking institution can take up to an additional 10 business days to credit the refund back to your account.

If you are looking to replace your item for a different colour or size, follow the steps to do so in our exchange portal

Replacement orders will be sent out 48 hours after the return package is dropped off to the carrier.

It is also possible to complete an exchange in store.

As part of our commitment to exceptional service, we allow one exchange for items bought from our online store. Please note that following this exchange, all subsequent transactions are considered final sales, and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate further exchanges.

In the rare case you received a defective or damaged item, please contact info@noize.com with a photo and order number.

Each item has its own ‘Find My Size’ tool that can be located on the right side of the product’s description. We encourage you to use this tool by inputting your dimensions to find the right size for you between each of our styles.

We have long standing relationships with our manufacturers in China who guarantee that the materials used are sustainable for the environment. In addition, these relationships also guarantee affordable prices for our consumers, and fair working conditions and wages for their employees. We wouldn't have it any other way. 

All of our jackets are filled with recycled post-consumer water bottles, in efforts to minimise our impact on the planet. We do not harm any animals in the process (no fur, no wool, no leather, no down, no testing).
