SHIPPING

NOIZE ships worldwide via FedEx, Canada Post or UPS. Please note, all import duties, taxes and/or charges are paid by NOIZE.

All orders require 3-5 business days to process before shipment. Any order placed over the weekend will begin processing the following business day. Due to the current Covid-19 crisis, additional protocols have been put in place and may affect processing time.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, it can take an additional 3-7 business days to be delivered.

Please note, NOIZE is not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for any delays once the package has exited our warehouse facilities. If you incur any issues, please reach out to our customer service team at info@noize.com

We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a residential address as your shipping address.

ORDERS

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Please note, payments placed with PayPal eChecks will show as pending until the eCheck clears the bank. It usually takes up to 6 business days for an eCheck to clear and the order to be processed.

Sezzle can also be used at checkout. This form of payment allows you to pay in 4 equal interest-free payments! If you choose to return the item purchased with this payment option, the payments that were made towards your purchase will be reimbursed once the return is processed on our end.

For security purposes, we are unable to accept payments made via Prepaid Visa cards or any form of gift card.

Once your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to request a modification including; a color, size or address change. To make a change, you can contact us at info@noize.com.

Please note we are unable to add or remove an item from your order once it has been placed. You will need to purchase the item in a separate order, or request a refund.

Your order confirmation email is sent immediately. If you do not see it, please check your junk mail. Your order confirmation email contains your Order Number.

RETURNS

Regular priced items and sale items are eligible for a return if they are unworn, unwashed and with tags attached within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Items marked as final sale cannot be exchanged or returned. This includes including masks, candles, swimwear and sales items marked 50% or more.

Returns will be subject to a $10 restocking fee per item for jackets and boots, and $5 per item for any other products or accessories. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that the return must come back to our warehouse in the original packaging (box and bag) or will be subject to an additional $5 fee.

Follow the steps at the Return Portal to request your return. Once your return has been created, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Please note, for orders outside of Canada it may take 2-5 business days for your return label to be sent.

Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.
*Exclusions: masks, candles, swimwear and final sale

We do not accept returns of items purchased at one of our retailers. Please return to the store purchased from directly.

Once we receive the item(s) back at our facility, we require 7-10 business days to process the return. Following this our refund team we will refund your order. Your banking institution can take up to an additional 10 business days to credit the refund back to your account.

We always try to process returns as quickly as possible.

We currently do not offer exchanges. The easiest and quickest way of completing this process is to return your item through our Return Portal and purchase a new one.

Please note, returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee.

PRODUCT

Please visit our Care Page for all washing instructions regarding how to wash your NOIZE coat. Additionally, you can reference the tag on the inner stitching of your jacket.

We have three fits available: semi-fitted, regular and relaxed

  • Regular styles are made to fit true to size. We recommend ordering in your usual size.
  • Semi-fitted styles are made to fit snugly against your body. We recommend sizing up if you are in between sizes.
  • Relaxed styles have an oversized fit.
